One engine. Four moves.
Load. Work. Approve. Own.
An Agentic CRM for the customers you already paid for and the buyers you have not found yet, with a human Approval Gate before anything can reach a person. Dry-run by default.
01 · Load
Bring it in
Your CRM, your spreadsheets, then your analytics and ad data as we connect them. However messy.
02 · Work
Make it usable
Fill the gaps, merge the duplicates, rank who is worth the call.
03 · Approve
You decide
Drafts wait for a person. Nothing sends on its own.
04 · Own
Keep it yours
The record stays yours, and we keep rebuilding it as platforms shift.
One engine, three shapes
Ecommerce, marketing, and sales
are the same problem.
Different words for it. Same engine underneath.
No toggle, nothing hidden behind a tab. Every business here has data it already paid for, people it has not found yet, and a conversion nobody is tracking properly. Read your column. Then read the one next to it.

Two intakes. One record.
What you own, and what you are missing.
Bring in the list you already paid for, map the tracking gaps on campaigns you already run, and let discovery fill in who is not there yet. Everything lands in the same record.
Connect what is already running
Your data, your tracking, in as it stands
Files and CRM exports load today. Google Analytics, Meta, and call tracking are unverified connectors; we only mark them connected after we stand them up and verify them on your own account during the build. No reformatting marathon on your end and no claiming a source we have not evidenced.

Map what is broken first
Tracking repair is planned, not live yet
Missing UTMs, untagged campaigns, calls that never touched a pixel. We audit those gaps early because every agent after this is only as good as the data underneath it. Automatic fill-and-repair is planned product work, shown here as an illustrative target state.
Illustrative interface. Example data, not a live client account.
Discovery side
Who you have not found yet
Decision makers and buying signals matched against what you already own, so nobody gets contacted twice.

02 · Work
Until the record is ready to act.
Enrich. Merge. Score. Draft.
This part runs on its own, because none of it touches a human being. Only the last step, sending, waits for you.
01
Fill the gaps
Missing phones, titles, and company details get found and added.
02
Merge duplicates
The same person under three emails becomes one record, not three conversations.
03
Rank the day
Not everyone deserves the same attention. Your team starts at the top.
04
Draft from facts
Messages pull real context off the record, not a blank template.
Illustrative interface. Example data, not a live client account.
Nothing reaches a person until you say so.Careful. Traceable. Approval first.
Agents write the outreach. A person on your team reads it and decides. Approving records a human decision, it does not send. Deployments stay in dry run until delivery is explicitly promoted with channel credentials.
Illustrative interface with example data, not a live client account. The state sequence shown is the real dispatch path.
04 · OWN
Built as an engagement,
not a seat.
The record stays yours. So does the work.
Two phases. We build it around how your business runs, then keep building as it changes.
Phase One · 4-8 weeks
We build it
A fixed scope with a named end: the system running on your real data, in dry run, with your team working the queues.
- Data migrated into your own schema
- Tracking audited and repaired first
- Agents built for your workflow
Phase Two · Ongoing
We keep building
The part most agencies do not sell. Platforms shift and your business changes, so the system gets rebuilt against both.
- New agents as the business changes
- Rebuilt when the platforms move
- A written read, not a dashboard link
What stays yours
Your schema
One record per person, shaped for your business.
Exportable
Full export on request. No hold, no fee.
Provenance
Every field shows where it came from.
Your agents
Documented, and handed over if we part ways.
FAQ
How the system stays under human control.
What is the Approval Gate?
The human checkpoint before anything can reach a person. Agents compose; a person approves. Approve records the decision; it does not auto-send.
Which sources load today versus later?
Files and CRM exports load today. Google Analytics, Meta, and call tracking are unverified connectors until we stand them up and verify them on your account.
Who owns the data and the agents?
The record stays yours. Full export on request, no hold and no fee. Agents are documented and handed over if we part ways.
Can the system send on its own?
No. Nothing sends on its own. Dry-run by default. Email stays hash-only today; SMS waits on credentials and an explicit live promotion.
What happens when Meta or Google shifts again?
We rebuild at the speed of the algorithm. The monthly evolution fee covers ongoing agents, workflow changes, and extensions as platforms move.
Work with us
Load what you have. We work it.
We build the system, run it inside your operation, and rebuild it every time the platforms move underneath you.
