Is this right for you
- ◆You have a site with real traffic and a technical debt list nobody has time for
- ◆Your SEO reporting is monthly and problems appear weekly
- ◆You want link outreach that does not damage the domain it is meant to help
The problem
SEO fails quietly between reports.
A redirect chain, a noindex applied by mistake, or an orphaned page can sit for a full quarter under a monthly reporting rhythm. None of those are hard to fix. They are hard to notice.
The agents close the discovery window from months to hours, then queue human-approved work instead of unsupervised publish.
What you stop losing
A silent noindex can erase a quarter of organic progress.
A redirect chain introduced in a release can sit for a full quarter under a monthly reporting rhythm. So can a noindex applied by mistake, an orphaned page, or a schema error that silently kills a rich result.
None of those are hard to fix. They are hard to notice. Daily crawling changes the discovery window from months to hours.
Framing, not a benchmark. Run the arithmetic against your own numbers.
How it works
Four things running while nobody is looking.
Crawl, detect, brief, and draft. Humans keep publish and outreach control.
01 · Daily
Crawl the property
Rendered crawl covers templates, parameters, and JS-heavy routes so client-rendered gaps show up the same way server issues do.
agent02 · Daily
Surface issues with evidence
Each finding carries the chain, the URL, and when it started. Not a count of issues. A path you can verify.
agent03 · As needed
Draft briefs and outreach
Content briefs and link outreach drafts stay grounded in what the crawl and the opportunity actually show.
agent04 · Every time
Approve before publish or send
Nothing goes live unsupervised. Outreach waits at the Approval Gate like every other outbound message.
youTechnical monitor
Issues with the evidence attached.
Each row shows what broke, where, and when. The count is not the point. The path to verify it is.

What stays human
Humans keep the brand voice and the publish button.
Agents handle the repetitive crawl and draft workload. Architecture decisions, brand voice, and what goes live stay with people.
Outreach drafts wait for approval like every other outbound message. There is no unsupervised publish path.
How we handle your data

Questions
What people ask before they start.
Will it publish content without us?
No. Briefs and drafts are produced for human edit. Publish and outreach remain gated. Unsupervised publish is refused.
Will it fix our Core Web Vitals?
It monitors LCP, INP, and CLS by template and flags regressions to a specific deploy. Fixing them is engineering work; automated fix PRs for common cases are in active development.
Does it handle international or hreflang issues?
Yes. Bidirectional hreflang errors, missing x-default, and canonical conflicts across locales are among the most commonly broken and least commonly noticed.
Will it detect index bloat?
Yes, including parameter URLs, paginated duplicates, and pages indexed that should not be.
How does it decide which link prospects are worth contacting?
Relevance to your topic, whether the site links out at all, and whether there is something specific to say. If there is not enough to say something real, no draft is produced.
Does it work on a headless or JS-heavy site?
Crawling renders JavaScript, which matters since server-rendered content and client-rendered content are different problems.
How is this different from a monthly SEO retainer report?
Discovery runs daily with evidence attached to each finding. The report is a byproduct, not the product. The product is a shorter window between break and notice.
Do we need to move off our current SEO agency?
Not necessarily. Several engagements run alongside an existing team. The agents supply the daily review and prioritised queue; your team keeps strategy ownership.
What about content quality and AI spam risk?
Briefs are starting points for human writers. We do not mass publish machine prose. Link outreach that cannot say something specific is not drafted at all.
How long until we see the first useful crawl?
Initial crawl setup is usually days, not months. The first evidence-backed issue list is the milestone that matters, and it arrives before any outreach is drafted.
Proof
Organic systems that compound when the crawl stays honest
SEO engagements
Technical debt and content pipelines only compound when discovery is daily and publish stays human. See related service work for how we run SEO alongside the agents.
