Is this right for you

  • You have more contacts in the CRM than your team can work
  • Quotes and estimates go out and follow-up depends on someone remembering
  • The phone call is the conversion, not a form fill

The problem

The list is paid for. Most of it is unworked.

The number that matters is usually not new leads. It is the ratio between contacts in your database and contacts anyone touched this month.

A business with four thousand records working twenty a week is touching roughly a quarter of its list a year. The rest is not cold. It is paid-for and unworked.

What you stop losing

Four thousand records at twenty a week is roughly a quarter of the list a year.

How it works

From dormant contact to booked call.

Score the queue with reasons, draft the follow-up, approve, then your team calls.

What stays human

Your team still makes the call.

The agent scores, drafts, and queues. It does not call people. Voice qualification is under research.

A person approves every outbound message. Calendar negotiation and no-show prediction are planned, not live.

How we handle your data

  • Customer records stay tenant-scoped in your workspace
  • Raw contact content is not used to train public foundation models
  • De-identified outcome features may improve scoring under contract
  • Full export on request, no hold and no fee
  • Every field carries provenance: where it came from and when

Questions

What people ask before they start.

How far back is worth going?

Further than most teams assume. A two-year-old quote request from someone who never bought is a warmer contact than a cold prospect, and it is already paid for.

What if they already bought from a competitor?

Scoring uses recorded signals, so a known-lost contact scores down. Where the record does not say, the draft asks rather than assuming.

Does it call people?

No. It drafts, a person approves, and your team calls. Voice qualification is under research.

How does it decide when to stop chasing?

Sequence length and cadence are set per engagement, with a hard stop. It does not chase indefinitely.

Will it book the calendar without us?

Automated calendar negotiation is planned, not live. Two-way CRM appointment sync is in active development.

What if our CRM is a mess?

That is a normal start. Load, dedupe, and enrich come before the queue is trusted. Scoring is only as good as the record.

Does approving a draft send SMS or email?

Approve records the decision. It does not auto-send. Delivery stays dry-run until explicitly promoted, and email remains hash-only today.

Can this run next to our SDR team?

Yes. The queue is built so humans work the highest-reason rows first. It is a force multiplier, not a replacement for the call.

What do you need to score a sample?

A CRM or CSV export with last touch, stage, and outcome fields is enough for a first dormant list read.
